When you request an appointment, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, selected service, appointment time, and consultation notes. We also receive limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
Why we collect it
We use this information to manage appointment requests, communicate confirmations or changes, provide requested services, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Please do not submit passports, government identification numbers, financial information, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive documents in the consultation-notes field.
Trusted service providers
We use trusted service providers to operate bookings, securely store information, and send appointment emails. Some information may be processed outside Canada, including in the United States, and is protected according to our agreements with those providers and applicable law.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to authorized personnel and service providers that need it to deliver the service, or where disclosure is required by law.
